Prices quoted below are for 7 nights rental:

High Season - £1,200 per week

• The months of July and August
• Christmas & New Year Period (Monday, 20th December 2010 to Monday, 3rd January 2011)

• All other weeks of the year

• Holiday rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday
• Christmas & New Year 2010, Monday to Monday i.e. start dates available on 20/12/10 & 27/12/09).
• Please check in after 4pm on arrival day and check out before 10am on departure day. 
• Our caretakers will be on hand to welcome you to the property and then again when you leave, to collect the keys.
• Special rates available for short breaks (minimum 4 days) outside peak period - please enquire
• It may be possible to cater for different start dates or holiday lengths outside peak period - please enquire

• £250 breakages cheque to be sent before your departure and will be refunded within two weeks of the end of the booking.
• One 'well behaved' pet welcomed.
• All fuel and power included in rental prices. 
• Supply of logs for wood burner included in the renal price.
• So that you don't have to spend your precious holiday time cleaning we have bought in a new package starting in September 2010 to include end of stay cleaning.  All you need do now is pack your bags and off you go to your onward destination still feeling relaxed from your stay at Le Grand Buisson.  Additional mid stay cleaning and or bed linen change can be arranged at an additional cost ... please enquire.
