The original farmhouse was extended in the 18^th Century to create a substantial individual property which has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of room for large groups to relax.  It is furnished in a mix of modern and period locally sourced antique furniture with practicality and comfort in mind.  The house features a wealth of original features such as oak beams, original staircases, original doors, exposed stone walls and wooden floors.  The ground floor features beautiful stone floors throughout as do the luxurious bathrooms.

Downstairs there is a kitchen with dining room, a utility room, a sitting room, a separate utility room and WC.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower.

On the third floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one with two single beds and a shower room.

The house is fully central heated making it comfortable for visits in colder periods and also has a large log burner in the lounge.

The property is located just outside of the peaceful commune of St Clement Rancoudray, approx 7 miles east of the elegant but small town of Mortain.
